HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
After exploring our website and finding a property you love, submit your enquiry either by email, phone call or by the enquiry form (note to Relevance – link enquiry form to contact us page, highlight the content in gold pantone) and we will reply to this initial enquiry within 6 hours. We are committed to giving you that extra personal touch and look forward to discussing every detail with you.
We take your enquiry and reply with a selection of the finest properties tailored to your wish list, often including optional add-on experiences for those ‘wow factor’ moments. This straightforward process is normally completed within 48 hours. Once the booking is approved by you and the property supplier, the amount will be charged to your card. The payment is taken by the supplier, not us. You will then be sent a booking confirmation email. On the rare occasion that a booking is not confirmed, you will not be charged, and we will contact you to offer alternative options.
Once you’re on holiday, you can rest assured that you will be looked after. We work with specially selected suppliers in each destination. They are chosen not only for their exceptional properties but also for their excellent reputation and guest satisfaction. Given the high standards with whom we partner with, it is part of the service that the property supplier will be in constant contact with you to ensure everything is perfect.

IS MY MONEY SAFE?
Yes. All bookings are made through bonded suppliers. All bookings made through bonded suppliers are protected for your financial security. Additionally, your travel insurance may also offer you enhanced protection.
IS MY BOOKING PROTECTED FROM SUPPLIER FAILURE?
In the unlikely event of any supplier failure, we will speak with the supplier directly, on your behalf, to try and source a suitable property alternative.
IS THERE A FEE FOR YOUR SERVICE?
TJB Private Travel has no hidden costs. You only pay for your actual holiday – and only when you’re entirely happy with your property selection.
WHAT IF I’M UNHAPPY DURING MY STAY?
Issues at any of our properties are unlikely. Should you have a problem, while at your luxury villa, chalet, safari or private island, you should report this immediately to the local supplier or representative at the property. You’ll find contact details on your booking confirmation. You’ll usually be met on arrival and given the contact details of someone who can help should anything go wrong during you stay. If you find your problem still unresolved, please contact us for further help and we will discuss with the supplier a fast solution.
ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS SAFE?
We will only pass on your details to our partners and pre-vetted third parties only where necessary to facilitate the management of your booking. We strongly value your privacy and discretion, so keeping your details safe is as critical to us as it is to you.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THE PROPERTY IS OF QUALITY?
The properties we feature have been thoroughly checked, repeatedly. The images we use are true reflections of the properties. Any luxury villa, chalet, safari or private island that fails to maintain our high standards will be removed from our portfolio immediately.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Cancellation terms and charges may apply. This is determined by the supplier. Any cancellation or amendment request must be emailed to us firstname.lastname@example.org. Please see the terms and conditions for your property booking for more information.
CAN I BOOK ADDITIONAL SERVICES AFTER I’VE BOOKED AND PAID?
Without a doubt. We’re quite adaptable and realise that new ideas may arise as the weeks pass. Simply toss them at us.
I’VE JUST COME BACK FROM MY TRIP. HOW DO I SEND FEEDBACK?
We like hearing about our clients’ travel. We’ll email you our initial feedback form when you return. This section contains questions and ratings regarding your most recent holiday. If you’d like to talk about your trip in more depth, our dedicated travel consultant can set up a time for you to call. We always appreciate it when our customers write feedback on our Google review pages, since it’s a great opportunity for travellers to share their experiences and recommendations.
