Travel Sales Support Executive

Do you love working in the world of Luxury Travel? We are one of London’s most prestigious Super Yacht brokerage houses currently seeking an ambitious Sales Support Assistant to join our fast growing global Private Travel business. TJB Private Travel is our newly launched business that offers our valued Super Yacht charter customers exclusive access to a collection of the world’s finest villas, private islands, chalets and safari’s enabling to us to now offer holidays on both sea through TJB Super Yachts and land holidays through TJB Private Travel.

We are a dynamic, young, close knit team with an exceptional work culture and offices in Sweden, Holland and Palm Beach, Florida. We are seeking an ambitious and charming person that will help support the success of the Sales Team, primarily responsible for all administration and ‘owning’ Sales Force management system. The role would suit a university grad who loves to be organised take initiative and is trustworthy.

  • Research, identify and run reports of new leads and opportunities, using Sales Force, to target for Travel Sales.
  • Take ownership that every lead and opportunity is followed up on and ensure all actions are promptly and accurately updated on Sales Force
  • Prospect new clients, qualify initial client enquiries and/or reply with property selection.
  • First point of contact for TJB Private Travel for internal (ie liaising and ensuring good working relationship with Brokers and Operations) and responding to any external queries.
  • Update relevant documents and reports for smooth running of TJB Private Travel (ie. Travel Agents contact list).
  • Create property brochures when needed.
  • Write property content when needed.
  • Contribute and recommend sales best practices and lead processes.
  • Research and suggest new categories and support new sales initiatives.
  • Research and outreach for corporate bookings (ie. follow up with the banks, law firms for corporate bookings).
  • Ad hoc presentations and admin (ie. booking meeting rooms).
  • Attend external meetings and events when necessary.
  • Run weekly sales reports for senior management.
  • Support TJB Super Yachts with any ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensure you are consistently exceeding both your sales activity and financial targets.
  • Continue to research and study different travel destinations, be up to date with the relevant property options and be aware of trends and the latest travel news as the in-house TJB Travel Expert.
  • Business Development for TJB Group (Yachts and Travel), attending or conceiving relevant B2B events to develop a network of contacts for garnering new leads and following up in a systematic way.
  • Identify and lead new partnerships to drive brand awareness and leads for the business.
